Hello Everyone,
We are excited to announce a significant evolution in our training approach at Intent Performance. As we transition from our physical facility in Ellisville, we are embracing the brave future of athletic training by taking our services completely remote. Now we can not only serve our wonderful local athletes, but athletes from anywhere on the planet, a daunting, but inspiring platform.
This transition hasn’t been easy and lots of tough decisions were made, but through a lot of discernment, outside-the-box creativity and good ole fashion teamwork, I believe we are headed down a path that fulfills the core ethos of our existence, simply put; help athletes realize a potential they never knew they possessed.
We understand that this shift may raise questions about the effectiveness and practicality of remote training. To address these concerns and to ensure we deliver the most comprehensive and effective training program, we are launching a beta program on September 1, open to the first 50 athletes who sign up.
Our goal has always been to understand each athlete’s unique needs and capabilities before we begin their training. This philosophy remains at the heart of our remote training program. So let’s get into the nuts and bolts of this venture shall we? Leveraging the ProPitchAi biomechanics system, we conduct a detailed remote assessment of each athlete’s movements. This data is then used to create a customized training program, accessible via a dedicated Google Drive.
The beta program is designed to test the ease of understanding and ensure that athletes have everything they need for their training. It will include detailed explanation videos for drills and a system to track progress. Alongside physical training, we will also impart strategies for competitive play, emphasizing the importance of developing a winning mindset. As a professional athlete myself, I can can confidently say that I benefit from this type of programming myself. The results have been evident in my pursuit of playing at the highest levels of the sport.
The beta program is priced at a one-time sign-up fee of $100, followed by a monthly fee of $99. Please note that this is a minimum 6-month commitment. However, those who stay on the program for the entire duration will have their price locked in for when we roll out our full program launch. I am firm believer in the fact that no “program” will allow you to realize your potential in 30 days. A program that asks you to commit to a lifestyle change over long periods of time produce the most results.
In the days leading up to our launch, we will be sharing more information about what will be involved in this training, including a series of blog posts right here on this site!

So in closing, the future of Intent Performance is bright, though some days felt dimmer than others over this summer. Something I’ve had to come to terms with over the last couple of months are that things change and there are phases that are out of our control, but in those phases we have two choices: give up or pivot. I’m choosing to pivot and I’m excited to see where this road leads! I’m hoping you are looking for a change of direction too and that we can take this journey together. Thank you to everyone who supports us and believes in the idea that we can change baseball training and change lives in the process.
We look forward to embarking on this exciting new journey with you and helping you reach your athletic potential.
Thank you,
David Parkinson
